Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday or on weekends are processed the following Monday.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Available on all orders. Free on orders over $150.

Expedited Shipping (2 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Packaging

All products are sealed in protective packaging with desiccant materials. Temperature-sensitive compounds ship with cold-chain packaging.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.

Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
